Relaxation or “Swedish” Massage

This is a light to medium pressure massage using long gliding strokes with various techniques to break apart adhesions, relax muscles, and manage stress.

Prenatal Massage

This is a light to medium pressure massage using a specially designed pillow for pregnant women and focused on common muscle aches and pains experienced throughout the changes of pregnancy.

Therapeutic or “Deep Tissue” Massage

This is a medium to deep pressure massage focusing on the deeper layers of muscle. This style of massage is particularly useful to help chiropractic patients and clients that suffering from chronic pain, injuries, and neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction. The pressure can be adjusted to suit individual needs.

Trigger Point Therapy

This is a deep pressure massage focused on a specific area of complaint often prescribed by one of our doctors to alleviate stubborn knots that prevent normal joint function.

Hot stone

Hot stone promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the use of smooth, water heated stones. This increases circulation and helps to relieve stress, tension, and muscle stiffness.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy adds essential oils, which are highly concentrated plant oils, to the massage lotion. This allows the essential oils to be inhaled or absorbed through the skin promoting the various specific benefits of each oil.
